		<description>Nice!  You have an endless supply of compost goodies. The only &quot;trick&quot; is that you will need to make sure you have enough of the &quot;brown&quot; stuff to keep the food from smelling bad.  Have you looked at worm composting yet?

		<description>I just started composting this year.  I work in a resturant as a prep cook and IM able to get all the vegetable scraps, coffee grounds, egg shells, and fruit peels I want along with cardboard egg holders.  I just add it to the leaves that are dried and dried grass clippings.</description>
